Wellness Coaching:

Starting with a self care assessment, you will begin to take a compassionate look at where your health is now. Once you have completed yourself care assessment, you will have the opportunity to see what’s most important for you to build goals around. Self-Care Training for Health Care Professionals: This two hour interactive training is designed as a workshop, specifically for your staff of health care professionals. This training is packed with information and inspiration, broken down into four sections of self-care domains. Your employees will take a compassionate and honest look at their own emotional and physical self-care by taking an in-depth personal assessment. Your staff will explore the habits that may be holding them back from attaining optimum performance in their lives and then leave inspired having created a plan of action to adjust their self-care practices. The key to being a successful health care professional is feeling well taken care of in all areas of life. Set your employees up to win by supporting them with the knowledge and tools they need to achieve maximum personal success. This will assure that they can continue to provide outstanding health care in our community. Communication Awareness Training: This two hour training is valuable for anyone in the customer service field who is seeking to improve their communication skills. Each individual will have the opportunity to begin by taking a brief assessment which will allow them to learn their primary and secondary communication style. Through a series of role plays and examples, each person will learn how to adapt their style of communication to cater towards four different communication styles. Once the training is complete, each person will leave with a brief amount of literature on each communication style so that they can have it as a reference when needed. Verbal and non-verbal communication makes the world go round and binds bridges that keep us separate. Prepare yourself or your staff with the skills needed to be an above par communicator. Relaxation Methods Training: This one on one or group session is designed to teach basic relaxation self-care tips and practices over a period of an hour. The student will leave having learned two different types of basic meditation practices that can be easily done while sitting at a desk or in a public place. In addition to the relaxation techniques each person will be taught two different daily practices that contribute to personal reflection, positive affirmation and an overall sense of peace and clarity. Each person will have an opportunity to practice each technique and receive any assistance they may need. |
